Cudell

Cudell is named after German architect Frank E. Cudell, whose former home on Detroit Avenue is now the Cleveland Cudell Fine Arts Center. West Boulevard is the residential main road, and Madison Avenue is the neighborhood's manufacturing and commercial center.
